Here are some of our activities in Japan.
Scalp massage and hair growth products
Of course, scalp massages and hair growth products are not completely ineffective.
Since hair matrix cells are the cells that produce hair, they must receive oxygen and sufficient nutrients from the blood to be active. Nutrients, such as minerals and proteins, are ingested with food and absorbed through blood vessels as blood flows through the intestines. Improving blood flow makes it easier to absorb nutrients, so scalp massage is effective. However, massaging in a way that crushes the capillaries of the scalp is counterproductive.
There are also many different types of hair growth products, so it is not possible to discuss them all in the same breath. They range from those that simply stimulate the scalp to increase blood flow to those that contain substances similar to female hormones. There are those that provide minerals and those that contain Chinese herbal ingredients, but they also have an effect on your constitution, and some have caused skin rashes or, conversely, increased hair loss. In addition, if alcohol is included to penetrate the hair follicles, it may cause atrophy of the hair matrix cells, so be careful.
